1.) Hamstring Stretch & Strengthener - coach pushes into the heel of
the bent leg until slightly uncomfortable, "stretchee" pushes back
for three seconds; repeat 3x
2.) Straight Leg Hamstring Stretch & Strengthener - coach pushes the
slightly-bent leg towards the head until slightly uncomfortable, "stretchee"
pushes back for three seconds; repeat 3x
3.) Gluteus Stretch & Strengthener - coach crosses leg across waist
and push ankle towards "stretchee's" head until slightly
uncomfortable, "stretchee" pushes back for three seconds; repeat 3x
4.) Chest Stretch & Strengthener - "stretchee" puts hands behind
neck and lowers shoulders, coach faces opposite direction and pulls
elbows together until slightly uncomfortable, "stretchee" pushes
back for three seconds; repeat 3x
5.) Triceps Stretch & Strengthener - "stretchee" points elbow to the
sky and lays hand on neck, coach presses elbows towards "stretchee's"
head until slightly uncomfortable, "stretchee" pushes back for three
seconds; repeat 3x
6.) Bicep Stretch & Strengthener - "stretchee" lays inside of the
wrist on outside of coach's shoulder, "stretchee" leans shoulder
into coach and stretches bicep until slightly uncomfortable, coach
pushes back for three seconds; repeat 3x
